CHARTER OF COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

What types of discussions and content are acceptable on Pwiic.com?

Pwiic.com allows you to get in touch with Service Providers if you are a Service Applicant and Service Requestors if you are a Service Provider. Many messages are exchanged on our platforms. To ensure that these exchanges help our Members meet in the best conditions, we have put in place a charter that summarizes the community's guidelines. This charter highlights the types of discussions and actions deemed acceptable on our Site, and those deemed inappropriate;

This charter complements our General Terms of Service (GTS).

Concerning the terminology used in this Charter, please refer to the general conditions of use - chapter III Definitions.

 

 

5 things to do:

 

1. Respect our rights

View, agree to and comply with our terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Policy Statement, and their updates.

Consult and also respect the notifications that we send to you regarding the Services of the Site.

Do not use the Service to give you data or information. It is not acceptable to violate intellectual property rights of the company.

 

2. Respect the law

Respect any applicable law, including, but not limited to, the regulations in force in your country regarding qualification requirements and the formalities required to gain access to certain professions, as well as tax and labor law regulations.

 

3. Protect your personal data

Never forget to protect your personal data such as your password, your phone number, your address, or any other personal information.

 

4. Tell us who you are

Members of our platforms must be real people. It is not acceptable to provide incorrect information about yourself, your skills, your experience or your professional status. As a Service Provider, for each Competency added in your Member Profile, we ask you for your professional status (student, individual, retired, self-employed, autoentrepreneur, ...). It is your sole responsibility to choose a correct status for each of your Skills. If information is incorrect, update it.

If you are a Service Provider, and you do not want your name and surname visible to other Members, choose an @. Choosing an @ does not entitle you to provide us with incorrect information in the first and last name fields or any other part of your Member Profile.

 

5. Respect other Members

We ask our Members to respect the other Members of the community, that is, never to behave dishonestly or inappropriately.

  • Do not share obscene, offensive or pornographic images or videos on our Site.
  • Do not send unwanted communications to others.
  • Our Service must not be used to harass, intimidate, hurt, abuse or shock others.
  • Do not use our Service to threaten violence or damage to the property of others, or for hate speech such as personal attacks on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation political or religious affiliations, or physical or medical condition.​

 

10 things not to do:

  1. Create a Member profile as someone else.
  2. Use or attempt to use another's account.
  3. Insert a photo into your Member Profile that is not similar or belongs to another person.
  4. Post inaccurate information in the Member Profile fields or fill in the fields with information that is not supposed to be in these fields (eg a phone number in the "description" field of your Competency).
  5. Post inaccurate information about, for example, your experience, skills and professional status.
  6. Harass, abuse or cause harm to another person.
  7. Acting dishonestly or disrespectfully by misbehaving or by posting inappropriate, inaccurate, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise harmful content on the Site.
  8. Disseminate information that you do not have the right to disclose or make accessible by law or contract.
  9. Send messages that contain viruses or other computer codes, files or software that disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment on the Site or any user of the Site.
  10. Even if it is legal in your country, you are prohibited from creating profiles or providing content that promotes Escort Girl or Prostitution services.
